Standard Transfer Times: If you choose to transfer by seaplane, your international flight needs to arrive in Male before 3:00 pm. If your flight departs from Male before 9:00 am, you may have to depart the resort the night before in order to be able to connect with your international flight

Domestic Flight transfer takes 20 minutes from Male International Airport to Dharavandhoo Airport followed by a 30 minute speedboat transfer to the resort. The return rates are:

Paradise. Thank you, Finolhu team, for this truly exceptional, unbelievable, and amazing holiday! Everything here is perfect! Friendly, caring, and cheerful service, and every little detail of the design is a small masterpiece. The food is of a high standard (each night features a different culinary theme). The sea life simply blew my mind! Fantastic creatures and dreamy landscapes abound. The ocean pool villa became my second home, bringing pure bliss: greeting the sunset, watching ocean waves with a cup of coffee, swimming to my favorite music, and taking aromatic baths. Special thanks to Maria and Ana for being caring, kind, friendly, and cheerful. I'll remember this experience for my whole life!

Guaranteed a great stay as there is something for everyone

The resort is great value for the wide variety of food and beverage options and activities and facilities. Dive centre has a very competent dive operations. large gym and spa with interesting yoga classes. Water villas are recommended. Staff across the resort do their best to make you feel attended to and welcomed.

Some may find it a little far within the Baa atoll to get to Hanifaru Bay but the resort is good value and the benefits outweigh this fact.

The definition of Paradise - a real 5 star hotel

- everything was amazing!! the island is beautiful, big enough but not too big. The intimacy of each customer is a priority for the hotel. - the entire staff was absolutely incredible, I’ve never experienced such quality of service. thank you for your kindness - food was delicious: especially breakfast and Crab Shack restaurant. It was amazing. - a lot of cool activities were proposed - sand bank + the beach were more than beautiful, there’s no word. The color of the sand and of the sea is stunning. I could stay the entire day on my sunbed which were amazing by the way, and a very kind waiter was bringing us some water / cocktails - our beach room was huge, so nice, the bed was amazing. The bathroom was the bathroom of my dreams - no mosquitos at all - arrival at the airport, with a private lounge.

if I have to say something: - the week we were there was really windy, it was not easy to swim, and I think it’s often the case, + you have corals so good to have aqua shoes - I would have liked to be able to have my sun bed in front of my villa closer to the sea but it was not possible but of lack of sand - you know it’s pricy when you book this hotel and it’s the same on site, you just have to be aware of it. for instance, when you don’t want to eat much, it’s not always easy to find not expensive meals.

fascinating and once in a lifetime experience with amazing facilities, staff and food but best booked with Premium all-i

amazing property with modern, colorful and spacious room with private atmosphere. communication worked excellent via a dedicated Finohlu App as for the overwater villa walking distance was about 15-20 mins to beach house and bar so used mostly a buggy pick-up. food and staff were equally first class and excellent.

buggy pick-up waiting time was sometimes annoying also when the app didn’t work for some minutes. If you do not book Premium All-Inclusive expenses are extremely high. We did an upgrade to all-inclusive and milkbar offers or burgers at the beach bar were still not included and charged on top.

A Magical Stay

We received a room upgrade on arrival that was much appreciated and enjoyed. The staff was warm and focused on making our stay as pleasant as possible. Illy coffee (nice touch)! Our dinner down at the beach shack was exceptional (seafood platter) and topped with a cake in celebration of my wife's birthday. Helping the marine biologist with the coral propagation project...there were dozens of other small details that made this an unforgettable stay!

This is a perfect paradise. Everyone took the time to know my name and greet me. The food is amazing. The setting is picture-perfect. The facilities are fabulous. There are so many activities to choose from or do nothing at all. If you only choose one place to visit, this is the best. The real Maldives.

Definitely I will comeback to this place

Actually I do not know what to say or what to start with, in the arrival, In the airport, the hotel representer welcome us and take us to the finolhu’s lounge in the airport to chill, have some food and drinks and wait for the sea airplane time.I booked ocean pool villa for 3 adults it’s very specious and super nice from the inside and outside and if you want to request something or book anything they offer a quick response WhatsApp service which is very impressive to me. Housekeeping clean the villa twice a day and they left the villa with fresh smell and the coming day activities schedule. Secondly, the island has so many beautiful facilities, daily scheduled activities and 5 restaurants with very good prices: (Beach kitchen with daily theme nights, beach bar, Arabian grill, Kanusan (Japanese) and crab shack). Special thanks to beach kitchen staff: Yassen the most wonderful guy, Raquel the beautiful and attractive personality who welcomes us every day with a big smile on her face and Amen the friendly. The diving center, which was my favorite thing about this place. I went for snorkeling, dolphin cruise and 10m diving as a first timer. It was difficult for me at the beginning but with the help of coach Maher( who helped me to be relaxed, not to stress and to take quick actions under the water) and coach Khaleel( who has the most wonderful personality, the one who teach me how to breathe only from my mouth. He take a really good care of me under the water to feel relaxed and not to be scared) my experience under the water went very smoothly and very pleasant. Not to forget Mr. Aziz, the one who welcomed us and make us feel comfortable and home at the island. Also, there is a elegant shop that sell summer clothes, shoes, oils etc.. I met ms. Sima there and she is a really wonderful girl and always down for any request. Moreover, they offer several different types of water sports activities (motorized and non motorized). I tried the clear kayak and wakeboarding.

I enjoyed every single moment

I’m from Saudi Arabia , I came with my 2 kids and my husband. I was a little worried that kids might not enjoying it or feeling boring . But I like the hotel put kids in consideration by having lots of activities for them to do beside babysitting them . I had my full privacy in my villa . All the team were lovely . I strongly recommend it .

Amazing honeymoon

Beach is beautiful. Amazing reef next to the villas, really great for snorkeling. The facilities are also great either for couples (gym, resort free activities (snorkel, dj, show girls (also great), sunset parties, etc..) or family (very kid's friendly, with several amusements and activities) Rooms are cleaned twice a day (!!) and somehow we never cross with the cleaning staff which are ultra discrete. Beds are super comfortable. No complains! The food is also really good, with daily buffet themes (asia, italy, Maldivian, etc). Breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. Loved the French toast (hade one every day). The hotel organises a lot of excursions and activities. Every now and then they'll take you on a snorkeling express experience around the house reef. We also took the turtle safari , which was incredible. Bottom line, we swimmed with reef sharks, turtles , eagle rays, and tons and tons of different colored fishes. We couldn't go on the Manta safari, because there weren't enough animals swimming around , and they didn't want us to waste our money in vain , which we appreciated. Beach bubble is worth every cent. Ir feels like you are sleeping outside, being able to see every star, but with all the comfort of panoramic room with a king sized bed. Now the staff: super super friendly, but not in a simulated or invasive way. To name a few, Aziz welcomed us at the resort and always assisted us on anything we needed. Raquel and Anoos always made us start the day with a smile, welcoming us at breakfast. Ali is the sweetest guy, knows Portuguese and always insisted in speaking in our own language. Yeasin entertained us at dinner with his good mood and good stories. Sushma was the brave woman who made us the best cocktails at the beach club. Least but not last, Ammie, the island's best photographer and great guy, who made our beach bubble experience unforgettable. We could not have choose better place for a honeymoon.

Paradise Reimagined

This resort had unbelievably gorgeous views from anywhere on the property. The staff was top notch. The Rockstar Villa was out of this world. Lunches at Crab Shack are not to be missed. The entire resort was immaculate. White, fine, powdery sand on all the beaches. Nightly entertainment was great, we wished the band, Silent Alarm, played longer. We literally had the entire resort to ourselves. It is a great time to get out to the Maldives and Finolhu.

A very nice resort and a memorable vacation spot.

The food buffet at the restaurant was excellent. Our server Ali greeted us by name every morning and the entire staff was extremely attentive while we were dining. They came around to fill our glasses multiple times during dinner and at breakfast. The entire restaurant staff was just a wonderful group of people.

The Seafood Lovers Combo at the Crab shack was expensive and small for the portions. It wasn't worth the price. Maldives are known for spiny lobsters but there weren't any in the combo. The staff was very professional and attentive however. Going to a place called "The Crab Shack" we were hoping for more choices that included crab or lobster rather than sandwiches.
